The "bag of worms": Varcicoceles are quite common and generally should not restrict activity level. You likely notice that laying flat minimizes it and standing erect often makes it larger etc...If it is very large, it can feel heavy and bothersome. Wearing firm/tight-fitting jock-support during activities may help, but not required. If bothersome, consult a general surgeon who can easily take care of it. Good luck.

Yes and No: Varicose veins of the testicles are known as varicoceles. Or varicose veins of the spermatic cord which attaches the testicle to the body. These veins have origin deep in the body and are affected by an increase in abdominal pressure. Therefore, hard exercise which increases abdominal core pressure could cause enlargement of the varicocele veins. Surgical closure of varicocele veins is possible.

Yes: Generally, varicoceles don't really cause much trouble except for the fact that they feel kind of weird. Hard exercise shouldn't be a problem unless it causes pain. If that is the case, i would see a urologist or an interventional radiologist for an evaluation and discussion of treatment options.

Varicocele: You can exercise vigorously with testicle varicosities and not harm will occur.
