Maybe on warm days: Cold temperatures are a main cause of raynaud's phenomenon, so wearing sandals may trigger vasospasm if the feet get cold. If a person has only mild symptoms, he should be ok wearing sandals on warm days. Maybe raynaud's medications can help. Keeping the rest of the body warm can help, especially keeping the legs warm all the way down to the ankles. A primary care or rheumatology doctor can help.
