Maybe: Raynaud's disease is due to spasm of blood vessels supplying the fingers and toes, and sometimes other parts of the body. Feet symptoms are usually symmetrical. People vary in the symptoms they get with any disorder, so it is possible that a person could have symptoms in only one foot. There may be a malformation in the artery going to that foot. A primary care or rheumatology doctor can evaluate.

Possible: Unlikely if it has been a long time. Some persons present with unilateral initially, but over time shows bilateral and or all four extremities.
