Hi doctor, my father is suspected for psp. he had knee pain and one leg is being opersted now , planning for 2nd leg for operation.please suggest on ?

Psp?: Progressive supranuclear palsy (psp)? My primary recommendations would be for no generalized anesthesia. Consider local nerve blocks or epidural for anesthesia. Also no risperdal, haldol (haloperidol). I would have no problem with a knee surgery for pain.
