In vitro?: By ivf do you mean in vitro fertilization? I am unaware of Cymbalta (duloxetine) interfering with in vitro fertilization. There is literature to suggest poorer outcomes in women who smoke and undergoing assisted reproduction (i.e. Increased rates of spontaneous abortion) however not a decrease in conception rates.

Complicated: I would suggest asking your specialist in reproductive endocrinology & fertility, this question. They are the ones who do ivf procedures frequently -- as well as follow resulting pregnancies to term.
