When is it safe to stop worrying about an ectopic pregnancy? i have had no symptoms, but am only 4 weeks, 1 day pregnant and looking for reassurance.

When the US is done: If you have risk factors (prior ectopic, prior surgeries, endometriosis, pelvic infections, etc) an ultrasound is the best way to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy. At 4 weeks a gestational sac may be seen & definitely should be done if you have any pain, bleeding, or risk factors. Good luck & take care.
