The question is not: Clear. His seizures are usually treated with a med like Keppra (levetiracetam) and steroids, and the cause of the seizures (the mets) treated usually with radiation (whole brain radiation or radiosurgery). Once the brain has been treated, we typically offer chemotherapy and potentially more radiation depending on where else the tumor has spread. Appetite loss is hard to treat, but may try steroids or marinol.
