A pulmonologist reviewing my pft says moderate obstructive lung disease with no evidence of reversibility. what does that mean?

Stop smoking: It means there is an obstruction to getting air out indicating some injury to the lung. So if you smoke, stop. The 'reversibility' part has to do with the twitchiness of the airways. Having no reversibility, tends to mean that the puffer meds are less effective. Those tests are interpreted usually by someone who does not know your history, so keep that in mind and follow up with your doc.
