Depends: Generally if you have a period, it means you are not pregnant at that time. Pregnancies have been reported after intercourse at any time in the menstrual cycle. The surest way to confirm a pregnancy is a home pregnancy test or a test at a doctors' office or clinic. If you have a very low hemoglobin, probably best to check with a doctor, but i don't see how that relates to possible pregnancy.
