Stomach issue if any: Most common side effects of glucophage (metformin) are gastrointestinal issues like diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, bloating metallic taste in mouth, gas, headache, heart burn, even loss of appetite over time. Take with food/ a full glass of water. Combine therapy with diet/ exercise for best outcome. Report any unusual stomach ache/weakness/ muscle aches. See your doctor regularly continuous care.
