I use apap.oximetry report showed saturation level at or below 88% for at least 5 min.high 98, low 85. do i need supplemental oxygen at night?

Indication of APAP?: Automatic +ve airway pr. Euipment-is it for sleep apnoea or COPD . In COPD patients ideally the o2 sat around high 80's or low 90's is good .Hence it is better to go by the patient's sleep studies interpretation and suggestion by pulmonologist who you would have seen atleast few times when you are using this apap.If for sleep apnoea , adding 1-2 litres as a minimum to keep satuarion between 92-94 %.
