Subluxated lens: Mild subluxation often treated w glasses. Total dislocation of natural lens with intact capsule could be treated w aphakic contact lens. If disturbing vision or causing inflammation, treated w surgical lens removal and anterior chamber intraocular lens or sutured intraocular lense.

Subluxation: Treatment of early subluxation is glasses or contact lenses. As it progresses, surgical removal of the lens may be necessary.
