Migraine?: Ocular migraine can do strange things. Ophthalmoplegic migraine can present with double vision and then headache. Often blurry vision or loss of vision or visual distortion can be associated with a migraine event. Primary vision or brain disorders need to be ruled out.

Blurry vision: There is no way to know what is going on based on your description. See an eye doctor for further evaluation.
