Nasal sores: Sores in the nose could be caused by vitamin b deficiency, irritation (cocaine users) and infection. More common infections are caused by viruses (herpes) and and bacteria (staph, strep).

Many causes: From dryness to infection. I would put some antibiotic ointment in your nostrils each day in the morning and evening, and see if it gets better in a week. If not see your doctor.
