Don't panic: Nose bleeds are common, and most stop with a little conservative care like pinching the node for a while with tissue and taking it easy for a few minutes. If her fever doesn't go away after a few days or if she has difficulty breathing, take her to a doctor. Otherwise this sounds like one of the several colds or upper respiratory viruses we all get several times a year.
