Gingivitis?: By "gengervitous" do you mean gingivitis? If so, you're talking about inflammation of the gingiva, the gum tissue inside your mouth. The best home remedy is good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice a day and floss every day. The gingivitis will probably subside on its own with good oral hygiene.

Floss: Brush, floss, use listerine rinse. That's about all you can do at home. Once you have it, it's deeper than what you can get at at home. Please see a dentist.

Brush and floss: Yes, brush your teeth three times a day and floss daily will eliminate your gingivitis and return your gingiva to health. You can also add a fluoride rinse to help strengthen your teeth and it also has a slight anti bacterial effect.
