Cold in 3rd trimeste: Rest, fluid and small amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) ( less than 4 gm total a day) for fever. If not better in 5 days, or fever, shortness of breath, abdominal pains, signs of baby distress or early labor, consult your OB immediately.
