Graze. Low fat, fiber: Graze through the day [avoid large meals]. Avoid high fat foods. Avoid high fiber foods [fibers, broccoli, nuts & beans]. Fill up on good choice foods before eating junk food. Solid foods like meat can be be pureed. Much more information here: http://uvahealth.Com/services/digestive-health-1/images-and-docs/gastroparesis-diet.Pdf.

It depends: For a young person, we need the correct diagnosis of why you have a slowed digestive tract. Avoid bananas. Foods that increase speed include corn, vegetables of cabbage family like cauliflower. Brussels sprouts, and broccoli, probiotics in general, or yogurts that contain them, fresh fruits with senna such as prunes, plums, peaches, berries, cherries, melons and fiber products in general.
