Food list: Food diary is very helpfull for gastroparesis to see which food makes you more bloated and takes more time to empty so that you avoid those food.

We are forgetful.: Sometimes bloating and problems with digestion occur more than 24 hours after eating some foods, so a diary helps to recall what foods increase your symptoms so they can be avoided or minimized in the future.
