Depends how low: Sometimes a very low triglyceride level can be a marker of malabsorption of fat or of a genetic disorder of lipid metabolism that can be associated with other abnormalities. In most cases, however, it simply represents a normal or low level of circulating fats used for energy and most likely s a good thing.
