Could be PCOS or ...: To diagnose pcos, we need 2 out of 3 of: 1. Irregular/no periods 2. Clinical signs like acne, hair growth and/or blood tests showing too much male-type hormones 3. Ultrasound appearance of polycystic ovaries: high volumes or antral follicle counts. We check for other causes of irregular/no cycles including low egg supply, thyroid, prolactin, adrenal gland issues. See an OB or a rei specialist.

Check a test: You can answer the question yourself with a pregnancy test. If you are not but want to be, you need to be evaluated to see if you are ovulating.
