Exercise!: Nice & easy, no rush. Rome wasn't built in a day. Talk to your family physician to make sure you're healthy enough to start exercising. Then start off with just a bit, heck, even 30 seconds or a walk around your house is more than most. Then do 1 minute or walk twice around house tomorrow. And 2 minutes or 3 times around the following day. You get the idea. Do more & more as tolerated. Good luck!
