Muscle endurance: Endurance to activities builds up over time and it can take upto a year to build up. Regular exercises starting from what ever you can tolerate and building it up gradually to a higher level is necessary. Swimming is a great exercise. Start with walking regularly for 30-40 min if possible and then go on to jogging gradually. Being consistent is a must. Good luck
