Stress ulcers: Could be many things. Your dentist will be able to evaluate and treat accordingly. Could be stress ulcers (aphthous ulcers), herpes, pemphigoid, pemphigus or lichen planus. These are fancy words but will need to know what they look like before a recommendation can be made.

Trench mouth: If it has green coloration , bad odor it could be anug. You need to visit your dentist for final diagnostic. In the mean time warm salt water rinses and good oral hygiene will help. If any pain any otc analgesic would help. The infection usually responds to treatment. It can be quite painful until it is treated. If trench mouth is untreated or treatment is delayed, the infection can spread to oth.
