Blister on gums: Impossible to say for sure without a clinical examination of the area where you had the injection. However, it sounds like a hematoma, which is a swollen bruise. If so it should heal on its own in several days. If it does not heal in 5-7 days, or gets larger, have it examined by your dentist.
