Prenatal consult: Although i clearly do not have all the information, there is no urologic reason that a hydrocele requires a c-section. Get a prenatal consult from a pediatric urologist or surgeon.

Get second opinion: Hydrocele should not be indication for c-section as u have had 2 previous vaginal births. Hydrocele will not rupture during vaginal delivery. Baby's hydrocele may even resolve spontaneously, i.e. without surgery, by age 1 year. Pediatric urologist or surgeon can advise need for surgery after baby is born. Good Luck
