See a specialist: We "never say never" unless both tubes are removed or both are 100% blocked. If your left tube was removed surgically, your chances depend whether the other (right) tube is 'normal' or not - does the right tube have salpingitis isthmica nodosa (sin) or was the left tube? Sin may affect both sides. You should see a reproductive endocrinology and infertility (rei) specialist for an evaluation if ttc.
