Getting angry: I agree with dr. Fox's suggestions -- but i wonder why angry emotions feel like a problem for you? They can signal something that needs taking care of, either inside yourself, in your environment, or in relationship with someone else. If it's your habitual response to any frustration at all though, it would be good to speak with a therapist to learn to manage & use your anger more productively.
