See Below: Anger is usually a sign of frustration, inability to get a hold of a situation/environment. Look at the situations that make you feel angry; listen to your body -- where in your body it feels when you become angry. Practice relaxation, deep breathing to help you take an edge off the emotion so you can deal with it later. Find a therapist who can guide you through the process.

3 reasons: Anger can result from blocking completion of a goal (frustration); when something occurs which breaks a moral code or when fear is created. If anger occurs outside of these situations - maybe you are carrying around anger needlessly. Explore it.
