See Below: Anger is usually a sign of frustration, inability to get a hold of a situation/environment. Look at the situations that make you feel angry; listen to your body -- where in your body it feels when you become angry. Practice relaxation, deep breathing to help you take an edge off the emotion so you can deal with it later. Find a therapist who can guide you through the process.
