Decaldification: Generally decalcification of the enamel by oral bacteria. There are natural white areas on some peoples teeth that they are born with and this is a different issue and does not involve decalcification.

A few things: Decalcification or things that leach the calcium out of the teeth. Acidic foods sometimes can cause this. Excess Fluoride can also cause this. (fluorosis). Consult with your dentist.
