Is it possible to have grown a deviated septum?

No: Most believe that there is a second growth phase of the nose in the early twenties and it is quite common to see septal problems emerge at that age. At your age you need to consider other origins such as polyps or other pathology. See an ENT doctor.

Deviated septum: A deviated septum is a common issue. It can be caused by trauma, position in utero and even during the birth process. If there are symptoms like nasal obstruction, snoring or recurrent sinusitis, have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
