Exercise during day: Many find it difficult to sleep right after an intense (stimulating) work-out. Good for you for working out, but try doing it earlier in the day. Alternatively, try a warm shower, magnesium supplementation, mindfulness meditation, tapping (eft), or deep breathing if your schedule does not allow you to work out at any other time.
