Overactive thyroid: The most common causes are grave's disease and a multinodular goiter. The T4 and/or T3 (liothyronine) will be elevated, and the TSH decreased. You will typically have symptoms of palpitations, rapid pulse, sweating, tremor, and irritability. After all that, you can get very fatigued. This condition can be fixed with either medications, radioactive iodine or surgery. You should probably see an endocrinologist.
