Warm compresses/surg: Try warm compresses and and wait, sometimes small chalazion will disappear on its own, but if it is large and pressing on the eyelid you or it has not cleared by itself than you need surgery to remove it.

Try heat: This is one of the end products of the lids battle to remove a stye in which it walls off the infected tissue. Frequent applications of very hot washcloths can sometimes get rid of it. Otherwise, if it is obvious and bothersome, your ophthalmologist can remove it in a minor office procedure.
