Depends: The simple things are aerobic exercise (heart rate over 100 for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week), core exercise (strengthen tummy and back muscles), over the counter pain medications (pay attention to the warnings on the package; all meds have risks). If simple measures fail, talk to your doctor.
