No,indicates imunit: A positive test for rubella immunity indicates your body has been exposed to wild rubella or the rubella vaccine & developed protective antibodies to it. If you are female, it means you will not pass rubella to your fetus if u are exposed to the illness during pregnancy & get the disease.

YES: If your rubella igg serology (which they probably checked) was positive this indicates immunity and that is a good thing. If you are igg negative, your should get the rubella immunization when you are no longer pregnant.
