No,indicates imunit: A positive test for rubella immunity indicates your body has been exposed to wild rubella or the rubella vaccine ; developed protective antibodies to it. If you are female, it means you will not pass rubella to your fetus if u are exposed to the illness during pregnancy ; get the disease.
