If doctor test for rubella virus and it comes back positive(immune) is this fanerous?

Immune status: You have been immunized with the vaccine, or exposed to the virus if you have not had the vaccination.

Dangerous=no=good: This is the result you want. It means you are not at risk of having a new case of rubella and passing it to a baby if you get pregnant. Such an infection can cause a miscarriage, or deafness, blindness or other organ damage. Your positive test insures this won't happen.
