Coffee Drinker: Any one will do, however you need to brush several times a day and one of those times should be for five minutes straight covering absolutely all surfaces and behind the last teeth. I would also floss first.

Whitening toothpaste: Consider toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide, the chief ingredient for whitening teeth. Coffee is a dehydrator, so it is best to use an alcohol-free mouthwash. Alcohol is another dehydrator, and these both can affect saliva quantity. Rinsing with 1 part hydrogen peroxide + 2 parts water twice daily after brushing is great for the gums as well as your smile. Brush your tongue with a 2nd brush too.

Don't care for any.: What you're asking, i believe, is what takes coffee stains off the teeth the best. Toothpastes are used daily and if you use a toothpaste abrasive enough to remove the stain, you will also remove your enamel. Get your teeth cleaned every 3-4 months and use a regular Fluoride toothpaste.
