A member asked:

What is the recommended mattress topper for someone with back problems/sciatica?

Sufficiently firm: Mattresses that provide firm support are generally best for those with back pain. If you can see the shape of your body in the mattress when you arise the mattress is too soft. A cheap fix that may help is a bed board under the mattress. Some people are not comfortable with an overly firm mattress and a soft topper will not eliminate the benefit of the firm mattress.

Hard to Say: Everybody is different regarding there needs in sleep. I would test out a few before committing to one.
