See below: While sciatica usually implies a certain type of pain originating in the spine and running down the leg, other symptoms of "sciatica" can be weakness of certain muscles of the affected leg and loss of sensation in certain parts of the leg. Sciatica is a general turn which usually involves some type of irritation to the nerves that come out of the spine.

Sure: Numbness and tingling are not pain. Also weakness is not pain. Sciatica is a term that defines a pain syndrome starting from the spine, however sometimes people only have the above symptoms without the pain. You should probably get evaluated to make sure its not significant.
