If you sneezing lead to a retinal detachment?

No: It is theoretically possible in a retina that's already at high risk for detaching anyway.

Possibly but rare: Normal sneezing is not a routine cause of rd, however, if you have high myopia, a recent posterior vitreous detachment, or already have a retinal tear and traction, a hard sneeze (you know, large head movement, etc.) could, theoretically, exacerbate the problem. Rare however.
