See your doctor: Sneezing hard can cause a PVD or some hemorrhages either on the outside of your eye, the vitreous gel or your retina. Retinal hemorrhages from this are not very common. Please see your family doctor to look for a cause of your sneezing so you can try and lessen the attacks. The very best of wishes.
