Regular: Brushing and flossing. I recommend flossing first then brushing for five minutes once in a 24 hr period to be sure you get all the bacteria off the cheek side, tongue side, tops, gums & behind the last teeth. My patients who follow this routine do not get decay or gum disease. Don't forget regular check ups with your dentist.
