Patella tipping out: Clinical exam, xrays, and mri/ct scans can all coorobrate a diagnosis of patellar tilt which is present when the patellar rolls outward seemingly beiung tehtered laterall toward outside of knee and being more loose medially. Patellar tilt can be asymptomatic or cause pain often assocaited with instability of the patella. A thickened mcl is likely an MRI diagnosis correlating with prior mcl injury.
