Iceberg: If you see 1 malposed tooth, there are probably other contributory malrelationships. There are other (less effective) alignment appliances, and there are surgical (restorative) solutions. Discuss alignment solutions w an orthodontic specialist, restorative solutions w your general dentist. Once you know the solutions that will work best for your unique problem you can make the best choice.
