What can you do if you can't get the contact lens in at all?

Practice: Use a mirror and practice. You could always go back to glasses or consider refractive surgery like lasik.

Get more lessons: If you are having trouble getting your lenses in, then go back to your eye doctor and get some more lessons. Most people can do contact lenses with proper instruction and practice.

Not a candiddate: There are just some people who cannot under any circumstance insert contact lenses. A few of my adult daughters' friends could not do this or even apply eye make up. In the old days women could not use eye make up were not cl candidates. These people may be candidates for refractive surgery. Males are the absolute worst because they are not used to working around their eyes and aren't teachable.
