What are some double vision therapy exercises?

None that work: The most important issue is cause for double vision. If there is a specific nerve or muscle problem, this needs to be evaluated and treated specifically. Most patients with double vision need to patch one eye in order to read or function in a normal manner. Just trying to exercise the eyes does not help. The brain will shut off one eye to avoid confusion.
