Is microdermabrasion effective for rosacia?

Microdermabrasion: Microdermabrasion may not be a good answer for rosacea as they can irritate the skin. If you think you have rosacea, you may want to consider a laser procedure, or seeking topical medications from your dermatologist.

Not likely: Microdermabrasion provides superficial exfoliation of the skin. It is not likely to improve rosacea, and may in fact cause it to flare. While rosacea is tough to treat, and skin health is important, i would opt for less traumatic exfoliants and suggest that multiple depth light therapy may have more success.
