I have psoriatic arthritis and take prednisolone. what are long term effects of taking prednisolone?

Bad: Prednisone causes infections, diabetes, thin skin, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, low potassium, muscle weakness. It is not usually used for psoriatic arthritis.( at least by rheumatologists).
